The age of America will soon come to an end

The International Monetary Fund, the IMF, recently dropped a bombshell and most of the world is yet to notice that for the first time, this international organization has set a date when the age of America will end and the United States economy will be overtaken by that of China. According to the latest IMF official forecast, China's economy will surpass that of America in real terms, in 2016 which will bring an end to America's leadership in this world.

America's leadership role in our world today is coming to an end and it could be sooner rather than later, according to Bible prophecy. 

For the last several years America has been on a downward spiral economically and it does not seem like any of our political leaders know how to stop the economic disaster that is on the horizon for the United States. A recent report by the International Monetary Fund reveals that by 2016, China will surpass the United States economically and become the world's superpower. 

In light of the prophetic scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy for the end of times, the IMF report is right on target. America has been great because it has been the launchpad for world evangelization with the manpower, materials, and money needed to reach the world with the gospel message that Jesus Christ is the Savior. The United States has also played the major role in protecting the Jewish people but that key role for America is about to come to and end one way or another. 

The IMF forecast is one very viable possibility but I believe the Rapture of the Church, true born again Christians, leaving this world for the heavens will render America inoperative. America has kept the Middle Eastern Islamic nations from attacking and destroying Israel as foretold in Bible prophecy in Daniel 11 and Ezekiel 38. 

The rise of the European Union which I do believe is at least the infrastructure for the Revived Roman Empire and the appearance of the world dictator out of the Revived Roman Empire, the Antichrist, as foretold in Daniel 7:7-24 has been held back by a strong United States. 

With America on the sidelines, end time Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

Obama's European Missile Defense Malpractice Paves Way for Iran Nukes

President Obama is guilty of national security malpractice because he replaced a proven missile defense system destined for Europe with one that will not work, but does appease Russia.  Also, Obama’s decision alienated a key ally who now refuses to cooperate, and at the same time Iran—our primary missile threat—is dangerously close to reaching atomic-tipped ballistic missile status.

U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby (R.-Ala.), according to Aviation Weekly, said the Pentagon’s Defense Science Board concluded that Obama’s proposed missile defense system for Europe, which relies on achieving an early intercept capability, is “simply not credible.”  Portions of the board’s forthcoming study were unveiled during a Senate hearing on June 15.

Shelby said Obama’s promised early intercept capability “was the central justification … to cancel the third site in Europe.”  That site, which was proposed by President George W. Bush, would have deployed the same proven Boeing Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system used in Alaska and California.

However, “Now it looks like the nation may be left with an inadequate defense in Europe and no boost-phase intercept capability,” Shelby said.  And the Pentagon is not reevaluating Obama’s new Phased Adaptive Approach (PAA) in light of the Pentagon board’s damaging report, according to Secretary of Defense Robert Gates.

Gates testified that Obama’s PAA “will give us a missile-defense capability several years earlier than would have been the case with the third site in Europe.”  He pointed out that “the third site in Europe was not going to happen because the Czech Republic was not going to approve the radar.”  But that was not necessarily the case two years ago, before Obama canceled the deal.

The Bush administration reached agreements to base the GMD in Poland (missile silos) and the Czech Republic (radars) in 2008.  A year later Obama canceled Bush’s plan, which evidently soiled relations with those nations, based on subsequent negative comments in the media.  But the cancellation evidently pleased the Russians, who charged the Bush plan was directed primarily against them.  And Obama’s cancellation sufficiently appeased Moscow to earn him a quid pro quo campaign-promise achievement, the Russia-U.S. new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty ( START II), which was signed in April 2010.

At the time Obama canceled the Bush plan, he pledged to consider both Poland and the Czech Republic for future basing facilities under his new plan.  But last week Czech Defense Minister Alexander Vondra said his country is stepping away from Obama’s new plan because it is frustrated by its minor role, which may not be the whole story, especially given Russia’s renewed influence among Western Europeans.

To make matters worse for those concerned about missile defense, Iran is racing toward the development of an atomic-tipped ballistic missile arsenal in spite of international efforts to isolate the rogue.  Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testified that “Iran has the scientific, technical and industrial capacity to eventually produce nuclear weapons.”  Tehran also continues to “expand the scale, reach and sophistication of its ballistic missile forces, many of which are inherently capable of carrying a nuclear payload,” Clapper said.

The United Nations’ nuclear watchdog agency, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), draws a similar conclusion with its report dated May 24, 2011.  The nine-page report states that its own inquiries show “the possible existence in Iran of past or current undisclosed nuclear-related activities involving military-related organizations, including activities related to the development of a nuclear payload for a missile.”

The IAEA also reports that Iran has increased production of low-enriched uranium (LEU) and continues to enrich uranium to the 20% level, representing 85% of the work needed to produce weapons-grade material.  It already has enough LEU, if further enriched, for several bombs, and more is being produced daily.  And Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad boasted to the IAEA that his country’s nuclear project has “no brake and no reverse gear.”

Consider four consequences of Obama’s decision to cancel Bush’s European-based GMD in light of these new developments.

First, America is less safe because Obama discarded a tested system for one still on the drawing board that may never work.  Admittedly, the Standard Missile 3 (SM-3), linked to the shipboard Aegis radar system, which is part of Obama’s phased approach, is a proven anti-missile system, but not a replacement for the GMD (long-range intercept) or ready for the promised early intercept mission.  Rather, Obama’s plan relies on the creation of a souped-up variant of the SM-3 called Block IIB that isn’t expected to be available until 2020, if ever.

Second, Obama’s kowtowing to Russia on missile defense guarantees a stalemate and long-term missile vulnerability.  The Russians will never be satisfied with an American anti-missile system in Europe.  Unless Moscow can call the shots, which Washington must refuse.  Besides, last week, Russia’s presidential envoy to NATO, Dmitry Rogozin, dismissed the U.S. claim that Iran poses a missile threat to Europe.

Third, Iran will take advantage of our new system-development time to further refine its ballistic-missile capability.  Tehran has already accelerated its missile development efforts.  In February 2009, Iran launched its first satellite, the Omid, which used a two-stage space rocket.  At the time, U.S. officials admitted “grave concern” over that achievement because the same capabilities could be applied toward developing intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of targeting the U.S.

The Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit Nuclear Threat Initiative states that Iran’s now twice-successful Safir satellite launch vehicle, if converted into a ballistic missile, would likely be able to carry a 1,100-pound warhead 1,875 miles (reaching Berlin), or a 2,200-pound warhead approximately 1,250 miles (covering the entire Middle East).  Put that capability into perspective.

The warhead’s weight and explosive yield depend on the technology used.  The “Fat Man” atomic bomb that destroyed Nagasaki in 1945 weighed 10,300 pounds and produced an explosive yield of 21 kilotons.  By comparison, modern atomic weapons can weigh just a few hundred pounds and produce an explosive yield equal to hundreds of kilotons.

Today, Iran is experimenting with all the technologies necessary to produce a powerful nuclear warhead, and the missiles to deliver those weapons.  The question for the West is not whether, but when, Iran will field such a weapon.

Finally, “There is a real risk that Iran’s nuclear program will prompt other countries to pursue nuclear options,” National Intelligence Director Clapper testified.  That risk is rapidly becoming reality.  At least 10 Middle East countries have plans to build nuclear power plants.  The six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council set up a nuclear exploratory commission in 2007, and Saudi Arabia is working with the U.S. to obtain “a nuclear capacity.”  Remember, spent reactor fuel, which includes plutonium after chemical processing, can be used to fabricate the heart of a nuclear weapon.

Obama’s decision to scrap a proven for an unproven missile defense system is evidence of national security malpractice.  That decision must be reversed, starting with a clear-eyed assessment of the Iranian threat, our allies’ willingness to cooperate on a missile defense system, and our proven technological capabilities in view of the Pentagon's forthcoming Defense Science Board report.

Delta Airlines has entered into a partnership with Saudi Arabian Airlines – an airline and a nation with a policy of discriminating on the basis of religion, ethnicity, and gender.
Under this new alliance, there is real concern that American Jews will be prohibited from flying into Saudi Arabia – and a U.S. corporation would be the entity enforcing that policy. Even non-Jews with an Israeli stamp in their passport could be targeted. And, of course, U.S. citizens who are Christians are in the danger zone as well, often facing blatant discrimination in Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia where Sharia law is embraced.
Saudi Arabia, which owns Saudi Arabian Air, has a well-documented history of embracing Sharia law – the basis for these discriminatory policies. This is yet another example of how Sharia law is infiltrating our nation and is in direct conflict with the U.S. Constitution.

China, the banker for the US, is moving to rescue the Euro, the common currency of the EU

The Euro, common currency in the Eurozone - which is made up of the member-states of the EU, has been in real trouble because of the economic problems of a number of the EU states including Greece, Spain, Portugal, and Ireland.

With this economic crisis in Europe, it is to the best interest of cash rich China to help resolve the Eurozone debt crisis and continue to share in the buying power of Europe in return. China is the world's fastest growing major economy and to maintain that position, the Chinese have a vested interest in the economic stability of both the US and the EU.

The recent moves by China to rescue the Euro, common currency of the EU, is a scenario that fits the prophetic passages of God's Word for the last days.

The economic crisis in the EU with a number of its member states struggling financially, has given rise to cash-rich China rushing to rescue the Euro, the common currency of members of the Eurozone, in order to continue as the world's fastest growing economy. It is of great interest to students of Bible prophecy how the world's economic structure is a major part of the end times scenario that can be found in the Bible.

The EU, the infrastructure for the Revived Roman Empire, is one of the key players in the last days as foretold in Daniel 7 and Revelation 17. China most certainly will be a part of the Kings of the East found in Revelation 16:12. The global economy focus of Revelation 18 will be ruled over by the world dictator known as the Antichrist. By the way, the Antichrist comes out of the EU, the precursor to the revived Roman Empire, and will control the buying and selling of the world in the last days, Revelation 13:16, 17. China will join with the Antichrist to stop the Messiah, Jesus Christ from coming back to the earth, Revelation 16:13-16.

All the players are on the stage, the curtain is about to go up on the final drama.

Palestinians are demanding that Youtube take down a video that reveals the truth about the Temple Mount in Jerusalem

An independent producer in Israel has a short documentary that can be seen on Youtube which reveals the real truth about the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and the relationship of the Jews and the Palestinians to this very sacred piece of real estate which has become the center of controversy in our world today. This video presentation documents the fact that the Temple Mount is the focus of Jewish worship while Mecca in Saudi Arabia is the focus of Moslem worship and in fact when Jews pray they look towards the Temple Mount while Moslems face Mecca in their prayers with their backs toward the Temple Mount. 

Even a distinguished Palestinian professor states in one of his books that the Jews have a connection to the Temple Mount and he quotes the Koran that states that the Jews will indeed return to their God given land and to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

A Jewish produced documentary on Youtube has raised the protest of Palestinians but at the same time sets the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled. An independent producer has produced a documentary that can be seen on Youtube which documents the history of the Temple Mount and its importance to both Jews and Palestinian Arabs. This video points out that the Koran, the Moslem holy book, never even mentions the city of Jerusalem much less the Temple Mount. The documentary reveals that the Temple Mount is sacred to the Jewish people while it is a place of recreation for Moslems where they picnic, play soccer, and even use it as a base for violent riots. 

In the Jewish Bible, Jerusalem is mentioned over 600 times and the Holy Mountain of God, the Biblical term for the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is the site of two previous Jewish temples and the location for the Messiah's Temple in the future (II Samuel 7 and Zechariah 1:16). Zechariah 12:2 states that Jerusalem and the Temple Mount will be the center of controversy in the end of times and the debate between the Jews and the Palestinians is effectively fulfilling that prophecy. The Messiah Jesus Christ will return to Jerusalem one day and build His temple on the Temple Mount where He will rule and reign forever (Zechariah 6:12-13). 

The controversy surrounding the Temple Mount in Jerusalem will continue until Jesus returns. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

Jesus Christ, Our Judge

2 Corinthians 5:6-10
Scripture reveals that Jesus Christ will judge every person who has ever lived (Acts 10:42). Those who refuse His offer of salvation face the white throne judgment—the unbelievers’ last stop before an eternity of exile from God’s presence. Believers will also stand before Jesus, at which time they’ll finally come to full comprehension of His extravagant grace.
In 1 Corinthians 4:5, Paul asserts that Jesus will disclose the motives hidden in believers’ hearts. Some people have gotten the misguided idea that all their sins will be displayed for everyone to see, but the Bible in no way supports that notion.
Jesus will reveal the true nature of a believer’s heart to him or her. Every rebellious act, wrong attitude, and cutting word will be reviewed. When the Bible says that Jesus will wipe the tears from our eyes, it is referring to this time (Isa. 25:8). We’ll be standing in the holy Savior’s presence, grieving over how undeserving we are of His sacrifice. But the sorrow will last only a moment. On its heels comes the tremendous joy of having received forgiveness and lived a life pleasing to Him. Christ’s judgment is not a punishment; it is a reminder that we are pardoned. At last, we will fully realize the depth and breadthof His grace.
Believers need not cower or hang their heads during the judgment. Nor are we to repent—the time for that is past. We will stand before the Lord, clothed in Christ’s righteousness and forgiven of every single sin. And we will at last comprehend how great is the love of our God for us.
