A Middle East expert says that the Arab lobby in Washington rules America

A new book by Middle East expert Mitchell Bard claims that the Arab lobby in Washington DC, headed up by the Saudis, has unlimited sources to try to buy what they usually cannot win on merits or their arguments. In response to the claim that the Israeli government also has a group that lobbies the United States government on Israel's behalf, Bard said that the Arab lobby is one of the strongest in America even stronger than the Israeli group and that the Arab world has many resources to call upon for influence in Washington. 

Saudi officials let it be known that current US government officials can be hired following their retirement which many believe may help the officials adopt positions while in government to make themselves marketable to the Arab lobby.

The influence of the Arab lobby in the United States with its unlimited resources to buy what they cannot win on the merits of their arguments is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled. 

There has always been pressure applied to all branches of government in the United States through what is called lobbying - advocates for a cause, who apply pressure on the Congress or the administration to go one direction instead of another. The media has complained about undue pressure from AIPAC, which is the Israeli lobby, while at the same time the Arab world has its own lobbying group in Washington headed up by the Saudis. With unlimited resources at their disposal, the Arab lobby does indeed make their wishes known to members of the United States government. 

What is so interesting about this report is the list of nations found in Bible prophecy that will play a key role in the end times scenario which is revealed in the Bible. Daniel and Ezekiel, two of the ancient Jewish prophets, reveal in their prophecies these nations and most of them are members of the Arab world. Daniel points out that Syria and Egypt, referred to as the Kings of the North and the South in Daniel 11:40-43, that Syria and Egypt will join a coalition of nations to come and destroy the Jewish state of Israel in the last days.

Ezekiel, in Ezekiel 38:5, mentions Ethiopia, Sudan, Somalia, and Libya as part of that same coalition. Even the Psalmist in Psalm 83 mentions Lebanon and Saudi Arabia in the alignment of Arab nations that will come against Israel. 

Bible prophecy will indeed be fulfilled.

Time Magazine crowns Benjamin Netanyahu as the King of Israel

The managing editor of Time Magazine crowned Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu as the King of Israel in its cover story which profiled the Israeli PM and marked the outstanding achievement of brokering a large coalition government which at the time was the largest coalition government in Israel's history.

Though not truly the King of Israel, PM Netanyahu has his place in Israel's history in a modern day version of a 4000 year history of the Jewish people.

Time Magazine crowned Israeli PM Netanyahu as the King of Israel, a title not for Netanyahu but a title reserved for the coming Messiah of the Jewish people according to Bible prophecy.

In a previous international poll, Benjamin Netanyahu, the two-termed PM of Israel, was proclaimed to be at that time the most powerful Jew in the world. In the first term as PM of Israel, Netanyahu actually had his leadership go down in flames. Most people saw Netanyahu as a one term PM and were amazed to see him return to power to lead the Jewish state. In his second chance to lead his country, Netanyahu created the largest coalition government in Israel's history, an achievement that made PM Netanyahu a historic figure; however it did not make him King of Israel as Time Magazine crowned him.

There is One who will be given the title King of Israel and in fact He will be given the title King of Kings and that One is the God-man, Jesus Christ, Revelation 19:16. When Jesus Christ returns to the earth in the clouds, Matthew 24:30, He will be given a Kingdom, in fact worldwide dominion, Daniel 7:13-14. At that time, Jesus will be the King of Israel, the long expected King of the Jewish people. This King, Jesus Christ will build His Temple in Jerusalem where He will rule and reign forever, Zechariah 6:12-13.

Benjamin Netanyahu may have been a powerful political leader, but not King of Israel. The true King is coming!

The president of the European Central Bank is calling for a one world economic structure

Jean-Claude Trichet, the president of the European Central Bank, has called for global governance of all financial institutions saying it is extremely necessary if the world wants to prevent another financial crisis like what is happening today. Trichet emphasized that politicians, economists, and financiers must work together and collaborate on methods to create an international set of standards and that through this global governance the resiliency of the global financial system can be assured. 

This call for global governance of all financial operations even national governments has been motivated by the economic problems of Greece and many other European nations as well as the United States.

A call for global governance of all worldwide financial operations by the president of Europe's central bank is a precursor to the end times scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy. 

At the height of the present world economic crisis there were many world leaders calling for an international economic structure to be put in place even though many world leaders say we are better off today financially, there are also many who doubt we can come back. The recent bail out of Greece with a record breaking total of 146 billion dollars is evidence that this world still is in bad shape economically. European economists say Greece was only the tip of the iceberg and that Spain, Portugal, and Italy may be next to fall financially with Great Britain and even the United States who could also follow suit. 

This call for global governance of all financial operations is setting the stage for the prophetic scenario that can be found in the book of Revelation. Revelation 18 foretells of a one world economic structure that will be in place in the last half of the seven year Tribulation period and it will be headquartered in Babylon located in modern-day Iraq. The world leader - the Antichrist - will require all who want to buy or sell, in other words, to sustain life, they will be required to have an identification mark on their forehead or the back of their hand (Revelation 13:16-17). It seems very possible that a worldwide economic crisis could cause humankind to take this mark under an economic global governance. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

'Lost tribe' of Israel returning home

After a five-year immigration halt, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government has given permission to a community of Indian citizens who believe they are one of the “lost tribes” of Israel to move to the Jewish state.
“We had a major breakthrough, and thank God, the Aliya [immigration to Israel] is set to resume this summer, and we hope and pray to bring the first batch of 50 families, or about 250-300 Bnei Menashe immigrants, to Israel by the end of August,” said Michael Freund, chairman of Shavei Israel, which is behind the initiative.

Shavei, based in Jerusalem, hopes to bring to the Jewish state the remaining 7,000 Indian citizens who believe they are the Bnei Menashe, the descendants of Manasseh, one of biblical patriarch Joseph’s two sons and a grandson of Jacob.
Already Freund’s group helped facilitate the immigration of over 1,700 Bnei Menashe, with successive Israeli governments allowing and then halting the process. In 2007, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s administration put the kibosh on the process, which is now being reopened.
Shavei plans to bring 50 Bnei Menashe families to Israel this summer with hopes of transplanting the remaining tribe members from India to Israel in the next few years.
The original batches of Bnei Menashe to arrive here came as tourists in an agreement with Israel’s Interior Ministry. Once in Israel, the Bnei Menashe converted officially to Judaism and became citizens.
But diplomatic wrangling halted the immigration process in 2003, with officials from some Israeli ministries refusing to grant the rest of the group still in India permission to travel here.
To smooth the process, Freund at the time enlisted the help of Israel’s chief rabbinate, who flew to India in 2005 to convert members of the Bnei Menashe, a process stopped last year by India.
Freund then coordinated with the Israeli government the arrival of batches of a few hundred Bnei Menashe as tourists who would later convert, but that process was halted in July 2007.
Tribe members live in the two Indian states of Mizoram and Manipur, to which they say they were exiled from Israel more than 2,700 years ago by the Assyrian empire.
According to Bnei Menashe oral tradition, the tribe was exiled from Israel and pushed to the east, eventually settling in the border regions of China and India, where most remain today. Most kept customs similar to Jewish tradition, including observing Shabbat, keeping the laws of Kosher, practicing circumcision on the eighth day of a baby boy’s life and observing laws of family purity.
In the 1950s, several thousand Bnei Menashe say they set out on foot to Israel but were quickly halted by Indian authorities. Undeterred, many began practicing Orthodox Judaism and pledged to make it to Israel. They now attend community centers in India established by Shavei Israel to teach the Bnei Menashe Jewish tradition and modern Hebrew.
Freund sees the Bnei Menashe immigration as biblical, quoting from Isaiah 43:5, which states, “Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west.”
“Those words,” Freund says, “are coming to life before our eyes.”
“I think this is a very historic project,” he added. “It is the closing of an historical circle. It is the return of a lost tribe of Israel after 27 centuries of exile, and it is a fulfillment of biblical prophecy.”

The Vatican has called for a central world bank

The Vatican recently called for a global public authority and a central world bank to rule over the financial institutions that have been at the center of the global economic crisis because they have become outdated and ineffective in dealing with this financial crisis.  There are those who say that this proposal by the Vatican is music to the ears of the demonstrators around the world who are calling for economic equality for all.

The 18 page Vatican document says that if a central financial authority is not set up, the crisis at a social, political, and economic level could create a climate of growing hostility and even violence which will ultimately destroy the foundations of our world.

The recent call by the Vatican for a central world bank and a global economic authority fits the prophetic scenario that is found in Bible prophecy for the last days.

In our world today there is a global economic crisis that does not seem to be going away.  Both the European Union and the United States face major financial problems that no one can find a solution for at the present time.  There have been calls by members of the G-20, the 20 leading economies of this world, for a worldwide financial structure to resolve this global economic crisis. 

Now the Vatican has released a plan that they believe will bring about the end of this financial crisis.  In fact the Vatican plan says if there is not a resolution to the financial crisis violence will break out across the world.  The Vatican plan with a central authority and a world bank is a page out of Bible prophecy for the last days.

The book of Revelation reveals that there will be a central authority to rule over a global economic structure and it will be headquartered in Babylon which is modern-day Iraq (Revelation 18).  This economic system will cause all in the world to take an identification mark on their forehead or the back of their hand in order to be able to buy or sell any necessity of life (Revelation 13:16-17).  The fulfillment of these prophecies will take place after the Rapture of the Church.

However, our present world crisis is indeed setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

A radical Muslim preacher in Egypt says there will be a global caliphate, a Muslim kingdom headquartered in Jerusalem

Egypt's Islamists aim to install a global Islamic caliphate, a Muslim kingdom, that will rule the entire world from the Middle East and it will be known as the United States of the Arabs according to Safwat Higazi who recently addressed thousands of Muslim worshipers in Cairo's largest soccer stadium.

This radical Islamic cleric told the enthusiastic crowd made up of mostly members of the Muslim Brotherhood that they can now see how their dream of a worldwide Muslim kingdom will be set in place in the very near future.

Higazi told the Muslim worshipers that the capital of this caliphate, this kingdom, will not be Cairo and it will not be Mecca or Medina but the capital of the United States of the Arabs will be the city of Jerusalem.

The call for a global caliphate, a Muslim kingdom with Jerusalem as its capital city, is a page out of Bible prophecy for the end of times.

The Muslim Brotherhood has come to power politically in Egypt and now the religious element, the Islamists in Egypt are calling for a global caliphate, a worldwide Muslim kingdom to also come to power. In a recent gathering of hundreds and thousands of Muslim worshipers held in Cairo's largest soccer stadium, the Islamic cleric Safwat Higazi called for the capital city of this caliphate to be Jerusalem, not Mecca or Medina the two most sacred cities in the Islamic faith. If that end times scenario sounds familiar, it is because the Bible does lay out in its prophetic passages that the Messiah, Jesus Christ, will come back to the earth and setup His Kingdom, a kingdom that God, His Father gives Him, Daniel 7:13-14.

The Lord's Kingdom on earth will last for 1,000 years, Revelation 20:4-6 and then into eternity future, Zechariah 6:13. The Lord's Kingdom will be headquartered in Jerusalem, II Samuel 7:10-15 and Zechariah 1:16.

In the last days, the Muslims will come to Jerusalem and to try and setup a kingdom, but they will be destroyed and the Lord's Kingdom will rule and reign from Jerusalem.

A few great works have been added to Lindsey’s book and those who had only Clarence Larkin’s 1918 version of “Dispensational Truth” were reinvigorated to begin again to start studying the subject of eschatology. Now certain signs have been fulfilled in this generation that make it impossible to miss that the generation Jesus spoke of as the one sure to precede the second coming of Christ, is as the Bible says, “at hand.”

Of all the latest signs and the greatest teachings and discoveries about Christ’s imminent return in power that have graced this generation, none is more specific to America than the parallel Israel and America share in the passages of Isaiah 9: 10 and following.

A high ranking Islamic terrorist claims that China and India will replace the United States as the superpowers in this world

According to Mahmoud al-Zahar, the chief of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, the empire of the United States is in decline and will fall because of the country's immorality, promotion of sexuality, and political injustice. Al-Zahar also predicted that China and India will become the new world superpowers because of the large populations of both China and India and these two economies expanding faster than any other nations of the world. Al-Zahar said that he welcomed the revolution of Egypt which brought down the US-backed Mubarak and said that this revolution will sweep the Middle East bringing down other Arab leaders who support the United States and its ally Israel.

The Islamic terror leader who predicted the fall of the United States and the rise of China and India as superpowers is in lockstep with Bible prophecy for the last days.

The chief of Hamas in the Gaza Strip made a very profound statement recently when he predicted the fall of the United States and the rise of China and India as superpowers in our world. Mahmoud al-Zahar most likely does not realize how right on that he is, but the Bible does reveal in the pages of prophecy that the kings of the east, that would be China and India, the kings of the east mentioned in the book of Revelation 16:12 that these kings of the east will gather at Jerusalem just before Jesus Christ returns to the earth, as will all nations at that time in history (Zechariah 14:2).

As it relates to America's fall because of immorality and the promotion of sexuality, so stated by this Islamic leader, that is very Biblical as well. In fact, the United States is not mentioned in Bible prophecy giving us some evidence that America must be off the scene before the end of times scenario found in Bible prophecy will be fulfilled. Remember, at the Rapture of the Church, all Christians leave this earth and go to heaven which will take the backbone of this nation of America away leaving the United States as a powerless country.

The Hamas leader that said the United States will fall may not know that he actually was quoting Bible prophecy - Bible prophecy that will be fulfilled.

Jesus made it clear that we would endure hardship in this life. But God gave His children amazing tools to keep trials from overwhelming us. For instance, He placed His Spirit inside each believer to guide and empower. In addition, He gave us prayer so we could not only communicate and stay connected with our Father but also bring Him our requests.
Today I want to focus on yet another one of His marvelous gifts: the Bible. Scripture is the actual Word of God Almighty. It is truth. It never changes. It enables us in all circumstances, so we have a sure foundation on which to base our lives and decisions.
There are thousands of promises in the Bible--countless assurances that we can rely on with perfect confidence. God wants us to learn them so we won't miss out on blessings He wants to give. And wise believers will turn His promises into prayers and the cries of their hearts.
Let me give you an example that relates to difficult decisions. Psalms 32:8 states, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you." We can pray God's words back to Him, saying that we believe He will teach us and reveal His path, while remaining by our side as our caregiver through the entire situation.
When hardships arise, we need a solid foundation on which to stand. Otherwise, our emotions could easily lead us astray through faulty thinking. God is faithful and unchanging, so we can trust in His promises, which enable us to rest confidently and act boldly.
